The QCMA–1 is a fully automated analytical biosensor system optimized for the fast and easy identification and characterization of molecular interactions involving proteins, nucleic acids and large molecules, such as cells, bacteria and phage.
The QCMA-1 system utilizes the direct detection capabilities of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) technology, which makes the system well-suited for the analysis of crude samples in complex matrices such as serum, plasma, tissue homgenates, cell lysates and supernatants.
