Sierra Sensors business model is focused on the development and sales of Analytical Biosensor instruments and assay consumables for the life science research and clinical diagnostic markets.  We supply cutting edge molecular analysis systems that provide the highest levels of performance while being truly practical research and diagnostic tools.

Currently the company is funded through venture capital (High-Tech Grunderfonds), private investors, and founder investments, in addition to a number of local and national business development and technology grants (Innovationsstiftung Hamburg, IdeenFONDS).
