SPR-2
Surface Plasmon Resonance Analysis
The SPR-2 is a surface plasmon resonance based label-free analysis system for the identification and characterization of molecular interactions. The SPR-2 enables molecular binding events to be monitored as they occur in real time without the need for detection labels.
Micro-volume continuous flow sample delivery, combined with simultaneous dual sensor detection, makes the SPR-2 ideally suited for the determination of:
- Binding specificity
- Kinetic rates
- Affinity constants
- Concentration
- Thermodynamics
|
This fully automated analytical biosensor is designed for the fast and simple characterization of the interactions of a wide variety of molecules, including:
- Proteins
- DNA/RNA
- Low molecular weight compounds
From the identification of specific binders, through to the full kinetic characterization of their interactions, the SPR-2 combines all the technical features required for high performance label-free analysis seamlessly integrated into a simple to operate bench top instrument.
