Label-free Analysis of PSA

The SPR-2 analytical biosensor system from Sierra Sensors is a powerful tool for the labelfree analysis of molecular interactions. By monitoring mass changes on a sensor surface as they occur in real time, the SPR-2 enables the determination of kinetic rates and Affinity constants of
measured binding events. 

The above graph shows the use of the SPR-2 biosensor to characterize the interaction of prostate specific antigen (PSA) with monoclonal anti-PSA.
